I found it very relaxing to work with Andre. When "the boss", that be the wife of 44 years, started a 40-minute discussion of a single light fixture, Andre handled it nicely, openly, and asked questions to get to the point of what she wanted. He was always patient and always understanding. If things got convoluted, Andre would ask "have you seen or considered a feature of...." He just seemed to know what my wife was wanting when she did not know.
